For the Love of Chainmail

I've been semi-obsessing over the chainmail cuff-ring thing going on in this Tallulah Morton photoshoot. I'm also thinking a similar piece would be cool in a leather glove-like form, or even a thin black rubber.

I saved this photo to my inspiration folder so I don't know the origin but if anyone recognizes it please clue me in!
